Rich Flores, CAT-C II

Rich Flores is a Certified Addiction Treatment Counselor who promotes a solution oriented framework to help clients address alcohol and substance use disorders, as well as a variety of behavioral issues associated with addiction. Rich has been working as an addiction professional for over 7 years, and like most addiction counselors, he has overcome his own problematic addiction to alcohol, drugs and compulsive behavioral addictions.

Rich has worked with a wide range of populations, including adolescents and adults, the houseless, couples, and families. Rich has extensive experience, and takes pride, in working with military veterans and first responders, and is grateful to serve those who have sacrificed their own well being for the betterment of the community and our country.

Rich integrates evidenced based models as well as his own personal experiences in helping others contemplate and resolve their own addiction and destructive behaviors.

Rich utilizes a dynamic, compassionate and direct approach when addressing a client’s counseling objectives and is adept at helping clients reframe problematic behavioral and thought patterns into new patterns that promote resilience, psychological flexibility, and positive changes that align with one’s values.

When Rich is not serving clients he enjoys golfing, skiing, spending quality time with family and friends, and being of service to others within the community.

If you or a loved one are seeking strict abstinence, are sober curious, or seeking moderation support, Rich will meet you where you are and assist you in moving in the direction of your identified counseling goals. Call us today to schedule a free consultation with Rich.
