Samantha Gilbert, FNC, CHNP, CNC is a practitioner of Nutrition Therapy, a Functional Nutrition Counselor, Certified Holistic Nutrition Practitioner, a graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University, and a member of the Nutritional Therapy Association and National Association of Nutrition Professionals.
Samantha has spent most of her life battling severe depression, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and body image dysmorphia. She is dedicated to helping others find, and discover the same healing path which changed her life so profoundly. Samantha is the founder of Eat for Life, which provides nutritional coaching, diet and nutrition therapy, and healthy eating for Addiction, Depression, Anxiety, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Eating Disorders, ADD & ADHD, and Autism.
For over ten years she has helped adults, couples and children from 13 different countries heal their mind and body through nutrition therapy. Samantha is an expert in discovering the source of the symptoms you carry to create customized therapies to place you on the path to healing. Samantha’s approach emphasizes that true healing begins, and is sustained, with love, empathy, compassion, and biochemical individuality.
